Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION BY SUNHEREE COUTURE

There may be some products that Sunheree Couture may cancel or refuse after the order has been placed on account of –
* Limited stock
* Quality issues
* Price inaccuracies
* Any other such issue
We observe the sole right to cancel or refuse an order as per our own discretion. Furthermore, our team may contact you if some additional information is required for your order. On account of failure to contact, we may have to cancel the order. We shall inform you if the order or a part of it is canceled.
If a prepaid order is canceled then we will make a refund to your bank account or credit card within 10-15 working days.

CANCELLATION BY USER

Sunheree Couture reserves the right to accept or deny the cancellation of the order by the client. As a general policy, we do not offer cancellation facilities to the clients. However, if the client does not want the product, they can request for return or exchange after it has been delivered. We will refund you the entire amount after it has been made sure that the product is undamaged, unworn, unused or unwashed. We still reserve the right to not accept the request if the conditions satisfied in the Return and Exchange clause are not satisfied.
