RETURN POLICY

Sunheree Couture follows a strict no return policy.
* After the item has been arranged, modified and prepared according to the customer, there can be no return.
* The ‘no return policy’ has also been clearly stated on the bill receipt as well.
* Under this strategy, Sunheree Couture’s discretion is conclusive and binding at all times.

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION

* Sunheree Couture shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of products owing to reasons beyond reasonable control like natural causes but not limited to it.
* We are not liable for any delay in delivery on account of a mistake by the customer like wrong address, phone number, etc. in such a case, we may resend the order but the User will have to pay the additional charges incurred on resending the product.
* We ship only one order to one shipping address. So if a customer wants to get products delivered at different addresses, then each order shall be treated as a separate order.
* We do not ship to Post Office Box addresses. In case of non-delivery due to P.O. Box address in the shipping address then Sunheree Couture shall not be liable.
* Our delivery executive will attempt delivery of product three times before the order is returned to us.
* All the orders are traceable through the order tracking facility available on the website.
* Sunheree Couture does not ship back-orders. All our products available on the Website are available in inventory. However, if a product ordered by you is not available with us, we shall inform you within two-three working days from the date of order. In such cases, the amount paid by you will be refunded in its entirety within 10-15 working days.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

* Article purchased at the time of sale are not applicable for exchange or return.
* For exchange or return it is necessary that the product is unused, unwashed and undamaged.
* The products returned or exchanged must have their original price tags.
* We exchange or accept returns only if the products meet our terms and conditions.
The following products cannot be exchanged or returned-
* Special order products.
* Unstitched items.
* Items altered according to the specifications provided by the customer.
* Products purchased during sale.
* We ensure that all the products that are non-exchangeable or non-returnable are marked at the time of purchase.

(A) TEN DAY RETURN POLICY

We at Sunheree Couture have a 10-day return policy. We shall replace your product free of cost or refund the amount paid by you if you are not satisfied with the product for whatsoever reason. It is necessary that you inform us of your intention within 10 days of delivery of the product.
However, it is necessary that all the products to be returned or exchanges are unused, undamaged or unwashed. Also, kindly retain the original packaging of the product along with its tags for return.
In case you wish to exchange a product, it is well suited if you return the product for a credit and purchase the other item with the credit.
However, our return and exchange policy has the following conditions-
* Items that are used, soiled, damaged or worn may not be accepted by Sunheree Couture and may be sent back to the customer. It is essential that items must have their Sunheree Couture tags along with the original packaging to be applicable for return.
* The customer is required to include belts or any other designer packaging like dust bags, authenticity tags, leather tags or any such items at the time of return.
* Briefs, swimming costumes, bikini bottoms and similar items must be tried over undergarments, without removing the protective adhesive strip. If the items are found to be without protection, they may be returned to the customer.
* The customers are requested to try shoes on carpeted surfaces before wear. Also, they should try clothes with the tags and only remove them if they are satisfied.
* Sunheree Couture offers repair facilities wherever possible for faulty items.
* We make sincere efforts to display the exact colour, pattern and shape of the product. However, they may vary on the different screens. If a customer is not satisfied with the product, you may return them according to our policy.
* If you receive damaged products due to normal wear and tear and wish to exchange the product instead of return. We shall only exchange it for the same product in the same size. Sunherre Couture may return unidentified or damaged items to the sender.

(B) PRODUCT DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY

If the customer receives a product that is damaged or tampered with during delivery, Sunheree Couture must be informed via email within 48 hours of delivery. The customers are requested to write to info@sunheree.com, in such cases. We are not bound to accept the merchandise if the customer fails to notify us within 48 hours.
Sunheree Couture will further investigate the damage and decide its authenticity. We may either replace or repair the product at our own discretion.

(C) PROCEDURE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If the customer wants to return or exchange any product, the following procedure must be followed- *Sunheree Couture must be informed within 10 days from receipt of product in case of exchange or return of the product.

* In India, the entire amount will be credited. However, in the case of international order, only the price of the product will be refunded. The shipping charges, customs duties, import duties or any other charges paid by international clients will not be refunded.

(D) ALTERATION OF PRODUCT

Sunheree Couture provides alteration services in limited cities at present in India. This service is not available for international customers. The charges of the service are in addition to the price of the product.

(E) OTHER NECESSARY INFORMATION

* Sunheree Couture reserves the exclusive right to determine whether an item is in a condition for exchange or refund. If we decide that the product is not eligible for exchange or return owing to all defects or having been used or worn, then it is not acceptable. The same product may not be acceptable for exchange or refund and the amount paid may not be refunded.
* In case of return or exchange, the products should have their original packaging and tags. They should not be worn, damaged, used or washed. The products shall be returned with all the additional tags and other things.
* In case of a request for exchange for a different size, Sunheree Couture can only do so if there is a piece available in inventory. Due to the limited quantity of inventory, all the sizes are not available at all times. In such a case, the customer may seek a refund or credit and buy the size when it is available.
* All the products are of high-end quality and undergo stringent quality checks before they are shipped to the customers. If a customer has any quality issues, they can contact Sunheree Couture at.

INDEMNITY AND RELEASE

The user will reimburse and hold innocent Sunheree Couture, its auxiliaries, associates and their particular officials, chiefs, specialists, and workers, from any cause or interest. Moreover activities including a reasonable lawyer’s charges made by any outsider. These Terms or any archive joined by reference, or your infringement of any law, rules, guidelines or the privileges of an outsider.

COMMUNICATIONS

When a user visits the Website, they choose to engage with us via electronic communication. While placing your order, the user is required to provide a valid phone number. We may contact you with respect to your order through email, SMS, phone call or any other way. We may also post information on the Website through a notice or choose any other form of communication.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Terms and Conditions mentioned herein are in accordance with the Laws of India. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Delhi in case of any dispute.

Sunheree Couture holds in high regard the Intellectual Property rights of others. As a well-established company, we expect our users to do the same.
